The reappearance (ch. 19-20)   Written by LaurieC (5/10/2005 3:48 p.m.)
Are you new?

LOL, I was so taken off guard to see the eldest son upon the stage! He apparently had a rough go of it, but I like the philosophy he has come up with to cope with it, i.e., "travelling after fortune, is not the way to secure her." I also had to laugh when father and son are talking about their written works: "I hope you did not pass over the importance of Monogamy..." Poor George, "I suffered the cruellest mortification, neglect."

Off to read the rest of chapter 20, I just had to pause and share.

:-)
