snort, Jen!   Written by Ann2 (5/9/2005 2:56 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Reverend Primrose = Homer Simpson?, penned by Jen K
Are you new?

But tell me is Homer so goodnatured about it. Rev. Primrose always seems to think that what fate has in store for him is no more than he deserves or at least nothing to make to big a fuss about. Sanguine person if ever there was one. Or sticking to his religious conviction. Turns the other cheek to whoever slaps him.

Perhaps he has grown used to this reaction since amazing stories and coincidences come his way. He needs only to stay a night at an inn and some fellow being appears to share his bottle and his sorrows. Or too make a fool of him again...

Are there similarities in his relation to his children as well? I'm not very familiar with Homer S and his kids. But know they are too young to be tricked by dishonourable rakes...
