Possibly,   Written by Mandy N (5/9/2005 4:34 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, Do you have a favorite..., penned by Lynn
Are you new?

....Sophia Primrose, just to be abit different!

Sophie reminds me of some JA heroines and she was so sure of the good charecter of Mr Burchill.

Like her mother and sister, she enjoys frivolites but yet prefers Mr Burchill despite his ragged clothes, to a finer gentleman.
That seems quite creditable on Sophie's part!

Yet, when Mr Burchill's letter case is found, she is the first person to insist the sealed note be broken and read. She's so sure he was not a villain. (Or hoping to find a propsal to herself?) She is amazed by the letter contents!

I wonder if she is a foolish girl or quite sensible.

I may yet change my mind about Sophia Primrose!
