instance   Written by Stephanie (9/27/2012 10:27 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Moping around alone is totally different, penned by Barbara
Are you new?

I did not convince you, by offering tangentially similar situations. You do not convince me by showing me a single instance where the sisters are together. Such is discussion at the Republic! However, I thank you for posting your thoughts -- I liked considering your views.

Perhaps I am the more inclined to think Marianne might giggle and run, (and dance and play and sing silly songs and ...) alone, because I know I have done such things in the past -- when I was much older than seventeen, too!

If future chapters show more than this one episode of Marianne's playful side, but always in the presence of Margaret, I will revisit the argument. Even if they do not, I will read with pleasure any further thoughts you have.
