For this group "read", I am listening to the audio book, and this passage with Mrs. Jennings trying to cajole, wheedle, finagle the story from Col Brandon really stood out. I could see the characters in front of me like it was a play. The rudeness and vulgarity of Mrs. Jennings was palpable.
