I'm relaxed about her prosperity, because...   Written by Tom P2 (10/22/2009 8:08 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Why does JA "reward" Lucy in the end?, penned by MarianneR
Are you new?

First, Elinor's relaxed about it, and it's no effort to Catherine me to believe that Henry Tilney she could never be wrong.

Second, it's only Mrs Ferrars's money in the first place, so there's not much aggravation about its being taken from someone nice. A much bigger financial injustice in S&S is the entailment of Norland, coupled with Mr Dashwood's early death and the erosion of John Dashwood's promise. (Grrr! It must be time to watch Kandukondain Kandukondain again...)
