well I've said my piece lots of times, so no point in saying it again, but I do not beleive that Austen would have intended any of her heroines to be capable of being seduced.....She DOES have more than one character who falls from grace but we see pretty clearly that they are not heroine material.. such as Maria Rushworth or the bouncy fliratious Lydia
