well I'll agree to disagree   Written by Bridget D (10/16/2009 2:08 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Willoughby and Eliza (again!), penned by Elizabeth K
Are you new?

but it is precisely because there WAS a stigma agaisnt a girl who slept with someone out of wedlock that it was important for a girl to keep her virtue....She had a lot more to lose than a man had......and Im sure that E's teachers and carer all drummed it inot her about doing so...

I agree that Eliza was young and foolish... and problaby thought that there was no harm in runing about town and being friendly with a handsome charming young man and problaby thought that her guardian was a fussy old fuddy duddy... which is why, If I were Brandon I would have called out the friend's father as well as Will... ( yes Im not 100% serioius I know he was an invalid)....

But still and all, she knew it was wrong when she went on to become his mistress... that's all Im saying...
