Sorry but how is it not Eliza's fault? Unless W raped her, or kept her prisoner, which nobody has ever suggested, I can't see that she could not have said "no". She knew perfectly well it was wrong to go to bed with him....I dont say that it is not W's fault as well, but IMO it is partly her fault
