Mrs. Dashwood says, "We have never finished Hamlet, Marianne; our dear Willoughby went away before we could get through it."

So, at least Marianne and her mother were involved. In that case, I can't imagine that Elinor was excluded, and probably not Margaret either. The way Mrs. Dashwood says 'we', it sounds as though they were either taking turns reading it, or reading it in parts.
