It's actually been quite a while since Mrs. Jennings has even thought about Marianne and Brandon seriously. She stopped all that when Willoughby came on the scene. She did revisit the possibility slightly right after Willoughby's engagement was broadcast, but then she dropped it easily again when no interest (from her point of view) was shown by him about her.
