Some of the lines are so funny, but learning the true depth behind them makes the humor that much deeper.

Thanks for the link to that great post on Bonomi. One can imagine that if Robert burned these sets (I assuming/ hoping copies) of plans in the fire, it must have cost his friend or Bonomi some time and money. I'm guessing that if there were three plans, that maybe the plans weren't specifically drawn for Lord Cortland, and were hopefully just copies. But still, how disrespectful to throw a renowned architect's work into the fire!

Thank you too for that link to the Jane Austen in the Garden book. I definitely would like to get a copy of that.
