Regarding the Norland living... Written by Carol J. (9/28/2009 12:02 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, Chapter 24: Is Lucy serious re: the Norland living?, penned by kathleen (elder)

Is this an example of how Lucy will micromanage Edward once they are married? Does she think he is incapable of getting a job himself, to the point that she must manipulate one for him? Are we seeing a bit of Fanny in Lucy?
