...My reaction to your question: "Were you a parent of Marianne, how long would you put up with it before you said "enough?" was immediately, that I'd give her about a week.

Then I got to thinking about it, and I realized that I've watched all 3 of the adaptations that are available since we began this GR, and I further realized that I can't make it through the 2 to 3 hours it takes to view the adaptations without having Marianne drive me nuts! (LOL)

So, my answer, if I were Marianne's mother, she'd not have lasted through more than a couple of days, I think...(I call her a Silent Movie heroine!)
