I've also been struck by Edward's personality this time Written by JoAnn (9/20/2009 11:13 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Edward is younger then Willoughby!, penned by Elbè

Last time through I saw him as mature and steadfast, but not particularly endearing. On his visit to Barton, though, I'm seeing that, in spite of his apparent distraction over some as-yet-unknown issue, he engages in playful, brotherly banter and teasing with Marianne. What a pleasant surprise!
