Are you new?

I agree--I originally interpreted this passage to mean that Elinor was taller than Marianne.

"Her form (though not so correct as her sister's in having the advantage of height) was more striking."

But now that I have read some of the comments from everyone, I see how it could be interpreted to mean Marianne is taller.

"Her form (though not so correct as her sister's) was more striking (in having the advantage of height)."
