Confused. Written by Lex (9/6/2009 12:32 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Another underline - Sensible Marianne, penned by Barb JA

Marianne is "sensible" which means she's prudent yet it states she's "everything but prudent."

If she's sensible, then she should have acted the way Elinor did.
Also, she's said to have "no moderation."

That's quite a contrast.
