Surely, she meant furnitures and china which was left to Mrs. Dashwood's possesion.

The house was left to their possession. She was triumphant in persuading her husband into giving Mrs. && Misses Dashwoods nothing but assistance. Can you see the point?

"Mrs. John Dashwood saw the packages depart with a sigh; she could not help feeling it hard that as Mrs. Dashwood's income would be so trifling in comparison with their own, she should have any handsome article of furniture."

She's still wishing that she'd have some of what they have knowing their possession is inferior to hers. She is plain selfish to the Mrs. && Misses Dashwoods.
