And I think you are right that John and Fanny Dashwood (especially Fanny) resented the Dashwoods for not giving up their own household things. Uh, that Fanny...she is just so...not pleasant:-) As if the Dashwoods hadn't lost enough already. Let them at least keep what is rightfully theirs
