Are you new?

She really is a lovely person. OK, so she enjoys a juicy bit of gossip, but there's nothing malicious about her interest - and she even uses it as a way of trying to help someone else out (Betty's sister). And, Betty is 'only' a servant, but Mrs J is interested enough in her staff to be concerned about their relatives as well!
