I could hardly believe my eyes upon reading this. Until now I've only read S&S once and that was in Swedish translation some years before I joined Pemberley. All my knowledge of it was based on that single read and the adaptations 1 and 2, the latter of which I've watched several times.


I never before understood that Lucy was to such extent calculating. Selfish and insincere yes, but not all these affectated moves to manipulate Elinor.
