...as my GR focus this time around is deception, I was amused in Marianne and Mrs Dashwood and their Self-deception with regard to Elinor.

They see that Edward and Elinor are getting on quite well together (good thing - these two have been two busy indluging their sensibilities!) and Marianne's pretty much ready to buy the wedding clothes for Elinor!

Marianne seems so surprised when she finds out the truth. Oh dear!
