Some more   Written by Cheryl (3/8/2007 11:32 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, LOL Lines Act V, penned by Robbin
Are you new?

Some of my favorites this Act:

Lydia: "so amiable a ladder of ropes!"

Sir Anthony: "Who are going to fight, dunce?
David: "Everybody that I know of, Sir Anthony."

Sir Lucius: "would you choose to be pickled and sent home? - or would it be the same to you to lie here in the Abbey? I'm told there is very snug lying in the Abbey" and then when Acres says the same lines back to him later in scene.

Acres: "my valour is certainly going! - it is sneaking off! - I feel it oozing out as it were at the palms of my hands!"
Sir Lucius: "Upon my conscience, Mr Acres, your valour has oozed away with a vengeance!"

I love that image of valour oozing through one's fingers. ;-)
