|The crowd at Longbourn

Caroline seems much more like herself; no good words for the Bennet family. Very ungrateful of her to disparage the clothing that she had to borrow from Mary. Yes, she seems much more like the Caroline Bingley that we love to hate.
Did Mr. Parrish stay at Longbourn, too?
I don't know what to make of Caroline's soliloquy that is overheard by Elizabeth. Is this to make the readers think that she is truly mad?
Professor Randolph is still "treating" Caroline and making notes for Dr. Lancaster. Are there no doctors in England who treat nervous conditions? Or is everyone ashamed to seek help from an English doctor because the madness may become widely known?
