Parrish seems to be casting suspicion on his wife. Again, makes one wonder at his devotion. Although, Elizabeth seems to believe him.

Caroline sustains another injury! Is it self-inflicted? Why is just her hand burned and nothing else? Or were her clothes destroyed and that is why she is wearing servants' garb?
