] Rather than being taken advantage of by their employees, the Bingleys' servants seem the opposite; extremely loyal and eager to please.

It sounds like Jane, Bingley and their servants are all inexperienced in running an estate. It's still very early in their marriage, however, and there's still hope for them. At least all of them mean well.
