Parrish and Kendalls   Written by Melanie Z (3/22/2004 4:26 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, Miss Kendall's reaction, penned by LaurieC
Are you new?

] "The earl had indicated Miss Kendall suffered from melancholy in the wake of Parrish's rejection, but Elizabeth thought her eyes seemed unnaturally bright for someone mired in sadness."

My thoughts about the Kendalls were from same nature. What does Miss Kendall really knows about Parrish? Mr Kendall himself seems very strange too - at least his doing towards Darcy at the dinner.

]Yes, Mr. Parrish is a mystery!

From the beginning I was not convinced about Mr Parrish`s noble character. – It would be unusual that Miss Bingley would get such a distinguished husband. (10 000 a year - same as Lizzy`s Mr Darcy!)

] I think there are a lot of clues in this novel, and am speculating all over the place. What fun!

Yes, indeed!
