Quotes   Written by Linda (3/21/2004 9:12 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Quotations, penned by Anne Charlotte
Are you new?

] Chapter 2 is totally incomprehensible to me, too.

See LaurieC's post

] Chapter 3 means maybe that Elizabeth learns about how Mr.Darcy gets along with the London society and what they think about him.

I thought maybe it referred to Mr Parrish; dropping Miss Kendall for Miss Bingley. And so quickly!

] Chapter 4: this is more clear to me. I think, it refers to the end of the chapter when they talk about the magic of love etc.

This one I thought might refer to the introduction of the supernatural objects in the museum and Elizabeth's curiosity about them.

] Chapter 5: I've no idea why a quote of Mary is used here but if I only regard the contents it simply shows that the Darcys go out.

Could come up with no better guess about this one.
