Instead of living mainly in London, after her brother's marriage Georgiana lived mainly at Pemberley (which I suspect was to her liking). Although I used to picture Georgiana living in her own separate apartment in London, it does make sense that her "establishment" would be in the house her brother already owned, so I don't know...
