Are you new?

...The Annotated Pride and Prejudice (ed. David M. Shapard), p 510. While some dislike Dr. Shapard's commentary, I have not heard his version of the text disputed. Perhaps the Pemberley e-text has a typo. The punctuation (question marks) are different too, but then I'm not sure that was standardized. I'll ask.

Basically I think the meaning remains the same
