Why would Darcy try to pursuade Lizzy to be... Written by Adrian (6/6/2007 7:05 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Absolutely, but that's not courting, IMO!, penned by Line

...his wife when he thinks she is expecting him to ask? Each one is misreading the other and (through JA's sense of mischief) gives responses that the other can often interpret as validating their mistaken notion.
