"It wasn't the deciding factor, but it was part of the mix, along with Mrs. Reynolds praise, the evidence that Darcy had changed, etc." - I agree that she is struck by the elegance and beauty of Pemberley, and sees that it must be a reflection of Darcy's character. But I don't think it's that she realizes that Darcy has changed - certainly the estate has been as it is for a long, long time, which means that whatever it reflects of Darcy must have also been present from long past. I think the effect that seeing Pemberley has on her is that she realizes even more acutely how she must have misjudged his character. In this respect, I don't think that Darcy has undergone any change, but Lizzy certainly has.
