Lust vs Healthy desire   Written by Ramya (6/5/2007 6:17 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Lust versus infatuation, penned by Tracy W
Are you new?

Lila must speak for herself, but that is the distinction I was thinking of rather than platonic love vs desire. While I agree that Darcy repects her intellect and wit, he still does not respect her feelings. I think caring for the feelings of the person you love is a very important part of, er...love. :)

Darcy says he loves her, but I feel it is infatuation (which I class more with lust than love) or at best imperfect 'love' IMHO.
