...Darcy is showing a level of trust in Lizzy as if she had accepted him. Telling her about Wickham and Georgiana is beyond what he has revealed to Bingley, whom he would like to see marry Georgiana and become (so-to-speak) a member of the Darcy family. It is beyond what he has revealed to LC (for obvious reasons) who is family. In fact it is beyond what he has revealed to anyone but Fitzwilliam (who as co-guardian had to know) and now Lizzy. Accepting or refusing, Lizzy is in rarefied company indeed concerning Darcy's trust.
