Slow-moving aunts   Written by Sansanee (6/4/2007 5:36 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Ch. 43, penned by Cheryl Kay
Are you new?

Is it fair to suppose that Aunt Gardiner's requiring her husband's support, as well as the slow walking, is helping Elizabeth's case with Darcy by allowing them time to be alone together? Or is it really that she is not a "great walker?"

I like to think she is helping Elizabeth on, more subtly than Lizzy's mother would have done!
