I see a similarity right from the proposal   Written by Tracy W (6/2/2007 7:02 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, Lizzy’s feelings for Darcy (chapters 35 to 42), penned by Robbin
Are you new?

That Elizabeth is embarrassed by all the emotions Darcy roused, and wishes to avoid any repetition. The next day, she seeks to avoid Darcy by changing where she walked, then she seeks to avoid him when she sees him in the distance. Then she wishes to avoid him in Derbyshire. I wonder if there's some of JA's embarrassment here at having refused Harris Bigg-Wither, and then having to avoid him.

I think Darcy has improved himself drastically in the marriage stakes by showing himself to a be an honourable person, even if perhaps not the best-tempered :).

Thanks for collecting this Robbin.
