Jane, I think, would be the least likely of JA's characters to jump to conclusions when she was not shown the letter. After all, it was a letter (from Darcy to Lizzy) that under the etiquette of the era should "never have existed;" thus, if anyone had suspected an attachment and asked Jane whether Lizzy and Darcy had exchanged letters, Jane could truthfully say she had never seen a letter.
So there was no reason for Jane to see the letter and good reasons for Lizzy not to show it even if it had mentioned nothing about Bingley.
