"... an establishment formed for her in London..."   Written by Cathy Allen (5/29/2007 2:18 p.m.)
Are you new?

(From Chapter 35)

Does this mean she set up her own "rooms" or "home" or whatever else it might be called for a young lady to set up her own place? Separate from her brother? At age 15?

I had always assumed that Georgiana would live with her brother in the family home in London, or at Pemberley (apart from the times when she was at school or on holiday), until she married and set up her own home. What does this phrase mean? Thank you for your help!
