You are correct in that impression, but this quote from your above post...

"Lady Catherine de Bourgh is intelligent (perhaps) and a lady of consequence, but she couldn't get Elizabeth to stay longer at Hunsford."

...refers, I assume, to Elizabeth's refusal to oblige Lady Catherine by staying at Hunsford "a month complete" which is from ch. 37 and this week's reading only goes as far as ch. 34.
