Are you new?

that a gentleman insults a lady in public. I cannot accept that notion that a man with Darcy's upbringing does not know to lower his voice when calling a lady "tolerable" in a public place. Honest, schmonest. Darcy insults Elizabeth and hides behind the "just being honest" card. Truth does not have to be used as a weapon.
