Hold those horses!

There is no evidence in the text that I can see that Darcy owns an estate in London.

All we know is he has a house in town(Chapter 6)

And we can't really profitably speculate about the fine details( length of term,rental payable etc etc) of the Hurst's lease on the very little evidence in the text either ,IMHO.

I think we ought to stop this line of thought here,thanks.
