Although they are so different, both Mr. and Mrs. Bennet are quite insensitive to the feelings of others including their daughters. I think their behavior has influenced their younger daughters also. Mary and Lydia especially exhibit this trait but I am still judging Kitty. Lizzy and Jane are the only two of the family which seem to be particularly aware of the feelings of others and avoid saying hurtful things. :D
