Darcy was being sarcastic and that he was getting irritated with Lizzy. "I would by no means suspend any pleasure of yours," he coldly replied. I don't think he was referring to any of the "pleasures" Lizzy might have had that night at the Netherfield Ball. It seems to me that by "pleasures" he was referring to her attempts to make out his character, and I think that he felt that he was being misunderstood. After all, she's mentioned Mr. Wickham to him. She's said "I'm sure we never read the same" books "or not with the same feelings", she's mentioned his resentments and implied that he lets himself be "blinded by prejudice". Just my take on the conversation.
