Would Mrs Phillips have had a fine coffee service for entertaining everyone? What would it have looked like? If Mr Collins thought it was all above board (!?), no doubt she would have had a nice one.

(If this is too much in the trivia department for the GR time slot, don't worry. I can ask later at the L&T Board. It's just you hear/see more about tea, so I just wondered;-))

The recipe for muffins sounds lovely, we have them here -- they are still a strong tradition;-)
