I was just wondering what if Mr Collins went on changing preferences among the sisters and, considering their age, end up with... Mary!

I assume some have thought of this possibility. What do you think about it and their prospects of living happily ever after in complete understanding of each other? Or does it seem improbable under the circumstances (Elizabeth rejecting him)?
