Are you new?

How is ignoring Lizzy for an entire day and even refusing to look at her when they were alone for thirty minutes treating her as a good friend? What actions of Darcy's are those of a good friend rather than an acquaintance? How do you know Darcy thinks of Lizzy as a good friend? He is barely acquainted with her and obviously does not understand she does not like him. ;D
