This struck me for the first time on this read Written by Jean B (5/8/2007 12:20 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Jane's resolve, penned by Cheryl

I have missed it before and so I think was among those who dismiss Jane a pliant and flexible. It gives one pause as to what else I might have missed about Jane. I will be watching her more closely or rather watch how JA protrays her.

Does Jane stand up to those around her in more cases that just this?
