'Does any one else find that inspirational in getting more exercise?'

Funny you should ask. I've just begun a walk a day (well almost), and now I'll check for 'glowing face' and brightened eyes. Mine will probably indicate high blood pressure. Maybe all these diet and exercise gurus should market Lizzy.
