...such a wonderful scholarly trip into 18th century medicine. (Guess I'll think twice about calling to complain about my latest health statement...)

...Your information reminded me of our corner drug store when, as a child, I remember my father saying that he was going to ask Leo, the corner druggist, about some health issue. Leo, as did the apothecary, suggested treatments, mixed remedies for us, and also filled doctor's prescriptions.
