I do not think Lizzy's treatment of Darcy is silly at all. She might have trusted the wrong person, but in this part of the book, her actions were based on Darcy's treatment of her. Mr. Bennet is placing Lizzy only a shde above her sisters on the silliness scale, but Lizzy acted out of hurt pride which is quite different than the silliness that her younger sisters exhibit, you must admit.
